Residential projects include:

  • Messer Residence, Bonita, a full remodel from the ground up. All new wiring, lighting, sub-panels, kitchen and bathrooms, energy efficent recessed flourescent lighting

  •  Kitchen remodels are numerous, Knutson Electric has worked with Studio Europa in Lemon Grove,  AB Cabinets in La Mesa and independently with many homeowners to develop lighting designs and install undercabinet, recessed, pendant, uplighting.  We do everything from demo to final equipment set.

          

  • Martinez Residence, Del Mar, a total rewire from aluminum to copper, 200a underground service, new kitchen, all new lighting throughout
  • Bob Wells Residence, La Mesa, interior & exterior lighting, 200a overhead service, coaxial cabling, ceiling fans.
  • La Jolla Shores Residence, 400a undergound service and distribution to 3 panels, exterior lighting.
  • Monorail Track Lighting Systems, we work directly with homeowners through our suppliers including TAP LIGHTING in Hillcrest to install unique custom configurations
  • Residential Meter Upgrades, we call the sdge Planner for you, set up a city permit, meet with SDGE.Change from your old 100amp to a 200a when you add air conditioning or a large hot tub.

                                

Commercial projects include:

  • Wind River Media, Golden Hills, Remodel, transformed a downstairs residential space into an office and  production facility for a local video firm. From new lighting to a high speed data sytem, we handled all of the electrical aspects of the job. Also mounted flat screens and wired telephone system and Cat-6 data system.

  • Slater Building, downtown, total remodel and rewire in mc cable, telephone and data system in cat-5, all new suspend flourescent fixtures, sign circuits, 5 units served by individual sub-panels.
  • Modus Supper Club, Uptown, total remodel and redesign, all new low voltage recessed and suspended lighting, new kitchenand equipment, new bar, patio.
